BodyWorks promotes healthy aging.
Serving the geriatric community, we have a wide variety of enjoyable, themed exercise routines. Some of our senior wellness programs for groups are:
- beach fun
a conditioning program complete with beach balls and weights timed to a variety ofÑwhat else?Ñbeach music
- chair pilates
focusing on improved posture, core strength, and increased flexibility and stamina
- groovin' through the ages
music from the '40s to the '80s
- restorative yoga/chair yoga
stretching and relaxation routines
- body toning
a combined sitting and standing program using hand weights for physical conditioning
- swing!
a strengthening program using therapy bands set to the music of the golden age of swing
We specifically design our programs to provide a complete conditioning regimen for all ages and physical abilities.
