Pre-Natal and Post-Partum fitness The BodyWorks program for pre-natal and post-partum fitness will help you to adjust to your growing body's needs during the different phases of motherhood and regain your pre-pregnancy level of physical condition after child birth. Each mother's needs are different, and our pre-natal programs are completely customized based on your particular stage of pregnancy. Post-partum programs range from six to twelve weeks.
