Covered Services

BodyWorks is an enrolled provider under Medicare Part B covering outpatient physical therapy services. Medicare Part B pays 80% of the cost of treatment. A supplemental policy and/or Medicaid typically cover the additional 20%. If there is no supplemental/secondary policy, the client is responsible for the 20% co-payment. Acceptable payment for services: debit cards, checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard.

Home Health is a program offered under the Medicare Part A program which covers 100% of the cost for services. Participants must be recognized as confined to their homes to receive Home Health services.

• Blue Cross & Blue Shield (all plans)
• MedCost
• Medicare
• Blue Medicare HMO (formerly Partners Medicare)
• United Health Care (and subsidiaries)
• TRICARE

Durable medical equipment improves mobility. BodyWorks offers recommendations for devices like walkers, canes and shoe inserts. Also, we recommend and demonstrate how to use adaptive equipment. With such equipment, clients can perform activities of daily living and have increased independence.

We carry out comprehensive home and job site evaluations, making suggestions for modifications.
