Though many clients visit our clinic, BodyWorks offers mobile outpatient rehabilitation and wellness services for those who request it.

We have a variety of portable exercise equipment including the Magnetizer for upper & lower body exercises, Theraband ™ and other exercise bands, free weights, therapy bars, and balance discs/boards. More importantly, we provide patients with the tools to use in their own environments to stay healthy.

Our main goal is to enhance people's quality of life wherever they are.

Wellness Programs

For both individuals and groups, BodyWorks provides community workshops, seminars and classes promoting personal growth and wellness. View a listing of some of our wellness programs or see our programs for women and seniors.

We also develop personal, computerized home exercise programs.

Physical Therapy

Physicians refer patients to us for assistance with general orthopedic issues, neurological conditions, and impaired mobility as a result of hospitalizations or traumatic injuries. We also help patients with chronic health problems such as MS, diabetes, fibromyalgia, arthritis, osteoporosis, balance deficiency, and women's health issues.

Available treatments and services include:

  • therapeutic modalities such as hot/cold agents, ultrasound, iontophoresis and electrotherapy (NMES and TENS)
  • therapeutic massage and manual/soft tissues therapies; lymph derma management
  • functional mobility training involving gait and balance; wheelchair assessments and management; prosthetic/orthotic training
  • consultations for DME needs; ADL retraining; work ergonomics
  • cognitive retraining for dementia and Alzheimer's
